I feel you. The last thing you have on mind is to whip up some fancy meal for dinner after a long, busy workday. Hence, in this post, I had complied some of the easiest noodles recipe out there that takes less than 30 minutes to make ! They are also super flavorful and delicious, a perfect living proof that you can make yummy meals even when you are short on time !
Before jumping right into the recipes, here are a few substitution ideas that might be helpful :
- Most of these recipes can be literally made with any noodles you have on hand.
- To make them gluten-free, simply use gluten-free noodles. Some of my favorites are rice noodles, quinoa noodles and chickpea pasta.
- To make the recipes low carb, feel free to use veggies noodles like zoodles ( zucchini noodles ) . Spaghetti squash works really well too.
- For my fellow vegans out there, most noodles are actually vegan ! But always check the label, as sometimes eggs may be used.
