Add celery and saute for 4-5 minutes. Pour in broth and bring mixture to a simmer, over medium to medium-low heat.
Allow celery to cook for 4-5 minutes, covered until celery is tender.

Helpful tips
Adjust cooking time – Adjust it based on how soft you would like celery to be. For a crunchier texture, reduce cooking time by 2-3 minutes. Make it softer by braising celery for longer.
Customize the seasoning used – Add dried herbs such as Italian seasoning, oregano, or bay leaves for more flavor. You could also add a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten up the dish.
Storing leftover – Leftover braised celery can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of water to thin if needed.
