Helpful tips
Keep a close eye on while cooking - Especially towards the end of baking. When done cooking, they should be crispy outside without being burnt.
Beans will continue to crisp as they cool - It is normal for them to still be slightly soft in the middle when you first take them out from the oven. They will crisp out further while cooling.
Customize the flavors - Feel free to experiment by adding different herbs, spices, or seasoning blends. Cajun seasoning, curry powder, Italian herbs, and taco seasonings are great spice blends to add to this recipe. For a cheesy flavor, add some parmesan or vegan parmesan cheese.
Storing - Leftover beans can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container or glass jar for 3-4 days.
