Helpful tips
Use a protein powder you like - Be sure to use a protein powder you like the flavor of, as it plays a huge role in the overall flavor of your protein pudding.
Using the right amount of milk - Start with less and add more as needed to reach your desired consistency. If using whey, skip the milk and add it later only if the pudding is too thick.
Adjust the sweetness to taste – I recommend adjusting the sweetness to your preference. If unsure, leave out the maple syrup first and add to taste afterwards.
Fridge - Keep chocolate protein pudding in a mason jar or sealed container. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
