These waffles are: 

- healthy & high protein - 6 ingredients  - super fluffy and crispy - freezable !

What you will need 

- chickpea flour             - baking powder  - coconut flour               - milk - banana                            - vinegar

Step 1 

Mash bananas until smooth.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients & mix well. The batter should be on the thicker side.

Step 3

Cook until golden brown.

Step 4 

Top it with some fruits and maple syrup. Enjoy !
