Vegan Banana Date Oatmeal Muffins

These muffins are :

 - super easy to make  - moist yet fluffy - sugar-free & healthy - a perfect make-ahead breakfast 

What you will need 

- ripe bananas             - apple cider vinegar - oats                                - baking powder  - dates - nut butter 

Step 1 

Blend oats in a high speed blender to make oat flour.

Step 2

Next, blend together dates, nut butter, banana & vinegar together with 1/2 cup water.

Step 3

Mix in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Step 4

Fill each muffin holes to about 3/4  full.

Step 5

Let it cool slightly, then remove from pan and enjoy !
