This recipe is:

- quick & easy to make - 5 ingredients - super chunky and crunchy  - healthy, vegan & gluten-free

What you will need

- oats                         - protein powder - banana  - peanut butter  - maple syrup  

Step 1

Mash bananas until smooth.

Step 2

Add in peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix well. 

Step 3

Stir in protein powder and oats. 

Step 4

Spread it evenly on a lined baking tray. 

Step 5

Bake until golden brown, turning halfway. 

Step 6

Let it cool, break it into chucks and enjoy !
