Almond Milk Crepes

These crepes are:

- easy to make  - healthy and vegan  - freezable  - perfect for Mother's day ! 

What you need:

- almond milk              - baking powder - chickpea flour         - tapioca starch - oat flour                      - apple cider vinegar - maple syrup

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 

Step 2

Pour batter into non-stick pan and cook until top appears to be  dry. 

Step 3

Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown. 

Step 4 

Repeat for the rest of the batter. Serve and enjoy !
