Chinese Style Vegan Tofu Minced Pork

This recipe is: 

 - 20 mins - healthy + high protein - easy to make  meat eaters approved 

What you will need 

 - tofu                                   - seasonings  -soy sauce                         - black fungus  -sesame oil                       ( can be omitted)

Step 1 

Crumble up the tofu using a fork.

Step 2 

Heat up a pan and cook the black fungus.

Step 3

Add the tofu back to the pan and cook for 3-4 mins

Step 3

Pour in the sauce and mix well.

Step 3

Serve it with some fluffy rice and veggies !
