Vegan Tofu Kimbap

This recipe is:

- flavorful, delicious, and refreshing  - easy to prepare  - healthy and is packed with veg  - transports well! 

Ingredients needed

- cucumber             - spinach - carrot                     - sesame oil  - picked radish  - nori sheets   

Ingredients needed

- short-grain rice  - salt  - sesame oil   

Ingredients needed

- tofu                      - garlic powder - soy sauce  - sesame oil  - maple syrup   

Step 1

Mix in sesame oil and salt into the cooked rice. Stir to mix.

Step 2

Heat up some oil in a pan, then add in carrot and saute until softened. 

Step 3

Saute cucumber next for a few minutes until softened. 

Step 4

Blanch your spinach, and mix in salt and sesame oil. 

Step 5

Pan-fry tofu on both sides for a few mins, or until golden.

Step 5

Spread on a layer of rice on nori, and layer on all ingredients. 

Step 6

Tightly roll up your vegan kimbap, then slice it into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
