Thai Red Curry

with tofu & veggies

This recipe is: 

 - ready in 30 mins  - flavorful & hearty  - easy to make  - vegan  

- veggies of choice  - tofu - garlic & ginger  - onion - red curry paste - coconut milk

What you need

Saute garlic for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Step 1

Add in curry paste, ginger & garlic. Saute until fragrant.

Step 2

Add all veggies and coconut milk. Cook until veggies have softened.

Step 3

Serve it with some rice and enjoy !
