Vegan Peanut Noodles With Tofu

What you need:

- dried noodles        - garlic  - vegetables             - cornstarch - tofu

For peanut sauce

- peanut butter       - maple syrup - soy sauce              - sesame oil - rice vinegar          - garlic powder - chili powder

Step 1

Add in cornstarch and tofu cubes in a zip top bag. Toss until tofu are well coated. 

Step 2

Pan fry tofu for 3-4 minutes on each sides, until most sides are golden brown. 

Step 3

Saute garlic for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. 

Step 4

Add in carrot and cabbage. Cook until veggies have softened. 

Step 5

Add in cooked noodles and peanut sauce into the pan. Mix well. 

Step 6

Add in pan fried tofu and give it a stir. Serve and enjoy!
