Vegan Chocolate Protein Balls

This recipe is:

- fudgy and sweet  - high in protein and healthy - super easy to make  - easily portable 

What you will need

- protein powder           - dates - shredded coconut      - oats - cocoa powder - milk                 

Step 1

Blend oats in a food processor until finely ground. 

Step 2

Place in the rest of the ingredients and blend until a sticky dough forms. 

Step 3

Scoop up a tablespoon or so of mixture and shape into balls.
