Seitan Stir-fry

This recipe is: 

 - quick and easy to make  - hearty and filling  - high protein  - meat eaters approved !

- Seitan              - Stir-fry sauce - Veggies  - Garlic - Onion

What you need: 

Pan fry seitan until golden. Set aside.

Step 1

Saute onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Step 2

Then, stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.

Step 3

Add in all veggies and cook until they have softened.

Step 4

Add the seitan and stir fry sauce into the pan and mix well.

Step 5

Serve it with some rice and enjoy !
