Fluffy Vegan Baked Oats

This recipe is: 

- super fluffy and moist  - healthy, wholesome and filling  - taste just like cake!  - super easy to make 

What you need:

- oats                       - maple syrup - applesauce         - baking powder - plant milk            - vanilla extract - chocolate chips 

Step 1

Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth. 

Step 2

Stir in chocolate chips. 

Step 3

Pour batter into greased ramekin. Bake for 25 minutes at 350F. 

Step 4

Serve and enjoy while warm!
