Delicious Vegan Baked Oats

This recipe is:

- Makes a great healthy breakfast - Decadent, moist and fluffy, incredibly hearty and satisfying - Can be ready in 30 minutes!!

Ingredients needed

- applesauce           - chocolate chips  - milk                         - vanilla extract - oats                         - baking powder - maple syrup

Step 1

Add in all ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Stir in chocolate chips using a spoon or spatula

Step 3

Transfer batter to the prepared ramekin.

Step 4

Bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
