This recipe is:

- incredibly meaty and flavorful  - super high in protein - stores well and is freezable  - meat eaters approved! 

What you will need

- tofu                        - herbs & spices - vital wheat gluten - nutritional yeast  - soy sauce                  

Step 1

Blend together all ingredients except vital wheat gluten until smooth. 

Step 2

Add in vital wheat gluten and pulse until a dough forms. 

Step 3

Shape your sausages and wrap them in foil, twisting the ends like wrapping candies. 

Step 4

Steam for 30 mins on stove, or 16 mins in the Instant pot. Let it cool and enjoy!
