This recipe is: 

 - 4 ingredients  - easy to make  - high protein - soft & flexible  

- red lentils  - tapioca starch  - salt  - water


soak red lentil for about 4 hours to soften them. 

Step 1 

Blend all ingredients until smooth. 

Step 2 

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a heated pan. Cook for 2-3 mins. 

Step 3

Gently flip and cook for another 2-3 mins on the other side.
