Fudgy Peanut Butter Chickpea Blondies

This recipe is: 

- incredibly fudgy and gooey  - easy and quick to make  - great source of protein  - perfect for dessert or snack! 

What you need:

- chickpeas               - vanilla extract - dates                       - baking powder - peanut butter         - chocolate chips   - oat flour

Step 1

Place chickpeas and dates in a food processor and process until finely ground. 

Step 2

Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. 

Step 3

Using a spatula or spoon, stir in chocolate chips. 

Step 4

Transfer batter to a lined square baking pan and top with chocolate chips. 

Step 5

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Slice and serve!
