This recipe is:

- healthy & low calories  - incredibly chewy & decadent - Ready in 20 minutes  - Only 5 ingredients needed!!

Ingredients needed

- maple syrup          - Oat flour - PB2                         - Baking powder - Peanut Butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C / 350F. Combine ⅓ cup of peanut butter powder together with 4 tablespoons of water.

Step 2

Next, add peanut butter and maple syrup into the bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Add rest of the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms

Step 4

Roll dough into balls, & lightly flatten them before using a fork to make a crisscross indent.

Step 5

Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until edges are firm. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before digging into them!
