Fluffy Vegan Baked Oats

This recipe is:

- quick and easy to make  - fluffy and taste like cake!  - healthy, hearty and filling  - great for breakfast or snack

What you will need

- oats                    - chocolate chips - milk                    - vanilla extract   - maple syrup       - baking powder - applesauce                  

Step 1

Blend everything in a blender until a smooth batter forms. 

Step 2

Stir in chocolate chips until everything is well incorporated. 

Step 3

Transfer batter into a ramekin and top with more chocolate chips if desired. 

Step 4

Bake until golden brown and until toothpick comes out clean.
