Crunchy Roasted Black Beans

This recipe is:

- super crispy, crunchy, and savory  - high in protein - great on-the-go snack  - super easy to make! 

What you will need

- black beans         - garlic powder - salt  - pepper  - olive oil                  

Step 1

Drain and rinse your beans. Gently pat dry with a kitchen towel. 

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together black beans along with all seasonings. 

Step 3

Spread it on a lined parchment paper evenly. 

Step 4

Bake for 40 minutes at 200C/400F, giving it a stir halfway through. Let it cool slightly, and enjoy!
