Creamy Tofu Scramble Eggs

This recipe is:

- incredibly creamy and eggy - great source of protein  - super easy to make  - ready in 15 minutes

Ingredients needed

- Silken tofu                - salt - Onion powder         - pepper - Garlic powder  - Nutritional yeast

Step 1

Cut tofu in cubes. Pan-fry them until they stop releasing water.

Step 2

Add all seasonings, and mix until everything is well incorporated. Break apart larger chunks of tofu.

Step 3

Serve it on toast, as part of a vegan English breakfast, or have it on its own, Enjoy!
