Cozy Wakame Miso Soup

This recipe is:

- warm and comforting  - incredibly flavorsome  - healthy and light  - ready in 30 mins

What you will need

- kombu                  - silken tofu - cabbage - miso paste - wakame                  

Step 1

Rehydrate wakame in water. Drain and set aside. 

Step 2

Place kombu in a pot of boiling water. Soak for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Remove kombu from water. Add in cabbage and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Add in silken tofu and rehydrated wakame. Turn the heat off and add in miso.
