Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

This recipe is:

- moist and decadent  - 15g of protein per serve  - ready in 5 minutes  - a great snack or dessert! 

Ingredients needed

-  protein powder     - milk  - oat flour                  - chocolate - cocoa powder           chips  - baking powder

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Add milk and maple syrup. Stir to mix. 

Step 3

Transfer the batter into a greased mug, and top with chocolate chips.

Step 4

Microwave for 60 seconds, or until the cake is set.
