Bok Choy Tofu Stir-fry

This recipe is:

- super flavorful and delicious  - easy and quick to make  - healthy, filling, and satisfying  - A versatile side dish 

Ingredients needed

- bok choy                  - ginger  - oyster sauce            - garlic  - soy sauce  - shaoxing wine  - sugar 

Step 1

Pan-fry tofu cubes until golden. Set aside. 

Step 2

Heat up a pan and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. 

Step 3

Add bok choy into the pan and cook until wilted.

Step 4

Add in pan-fried tofu and seasonings. Toss until seasonings are well incorporated. Enjoy!
