Juicy Vegan Roast Beef

This recipe is:

- incredibly juicy and tender  - packed with flavor  - high in protein and filling  - cheaper than store-bought ones!

What you will need

- wheat gluten            - mustard - kidney beans           - seasonings - tomato paste - nutritional yeast                 

Step 1

Blend all ingredients except wheat gluten in a food processor until smooth. 

Step 2

Add in wheat gluten and pulse until everything is well combined. 

Step 3

Knead for 1-2 minutes until seitan dough is slightly elastic. 

Step 4

Shape and wrap dough in foil and bake for 1 hour, flipping it halfway. 

Step 5

Let it cool down completely before slicing and serving!
