This recipe is:
- incredibly flavorful and meaty

- wheat gluten - mustard - kidney beans - seasonings - tomato paste - nutritional yeast
Blend all ingredients except wheat gluten in a food processor.
Add wheat gluten and pulse until everything is well mixed.
Knead the dough for around 2 minutes.
Shape it into a loaf, and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Steam for 50 minutes, and let it cool slightly. Optionally, sear roast before using.
