Rice Paper Rolls with Tofu

This recipe is:

- refreshing, delicious, yet filling - healthy and light  - paired with creamy peanut sauce  - easy to prepare

Ingredients needed

- mint leaves            - carrot - bean sprouts         - lettuce - rice paper               - rice vermicelli

Ingredients needed

- soy sauce - sesame oil - tofu

Step 1

Marinate tofu for 30~60 minutes. Then, pan-fry until golden on both sides.

Step 2

Dip rice paper for a few seconds on both sides in water. Layer on vegetables, noodles, tofu, & few mint leaves.

Step 3

Gently pull off the edge of the wrapper nearest to the filling, Wrap it over the filling while simultaneously tucking it in.
