Moist Pumpkin Banana Bread

This bread is 

- fluffy, moist and dense  - packed with fall flavors  - simple and quick to make  - freeze well 

Ingredients needed

- oat flour                       - cinnamon  - banana                         - milk  - pumpkin puree          - baking powder - cashew butter            - baking soda  - maple syrup 

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, mash banana until smooth using a fork. 

Step 2

Add in all wet ingredients and mix until everything is well incorporated. 

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well. 

Step 4

Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to mix. 

Step 5

Transfer bread batter into a bread pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
