Vegan Orange Tofu Chicken

Step 1
Add tofu cubes, cornstarch and salt into a bag. Toss to coat.
Step 2
Pan-fry tofu cubes until golden. Set aside.
Step 3
Saute minced ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add in rest of the ingredients and cook until sauce thickens.
Step 5
Add tofu and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
