Meaty Vegan Chicken Breasts

This recipe is:

- have a chewy, meat-like texture - can be grilled, fried, or baked! - can be grilled, fried or baked! - great for meal prep

Ingredients needed

- Tofu                          - Liquid smoke - Nutritional yeast    - Garlic powder - Vital wheat gluten - Onion + garlic powder

Step 1

Add all the ingredients into the food processor except gluten flour. Process until a smooth batter forms.

Step 2

Carefully add gluten flour in and pulse until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes. Separate them into 5 parts, and shape them into the shape of chicken breast.

Step 4

Wrap them in aluminum foil.

Step 5

Steam for 40 minutes .and let them cool down slightly before removing the foil.
