Thai Fresh Spring Rolls

This recipe is:

- refreshing and delicious  - healthy and packed with veg  - great as a light meal or side  - paired with a rich peanut sauce 

Ingredients needed

- rice vermicelli      - cucumber - carrot  - red cabbage  - Thai basil  -rice paper 

Ingredients needed

- tofu  - sesame oil  - soy sauce

Step 1

Marinate tofu, then pan-fry them until they are golden on both sides. 

Step 2

Dip a piece of rice paper in water on both sides for a few seconds. 

Step 3

Place tofu, veggies, and rice vermicelli on the bottom 1/3 of the rice paper. 

Step 5

Fold in the left and right edges, and continue rolling until the roll is sealed. Repeat until ingredients are used up.
