Vegan Sweet and Sour Chickpeas

This recipe is:

- better than Chinese takeout  - healthy and pack full of veggies  - quick to make  - meat-eaters approved 

What you will need

- chickpeas             - seasonings   - pineapple             - bell peppers - onion - garlic                  

Step 1

Blend together all ingredients for sauce until smooth. 

Step 2

Heat up some oil in a pan. Add in onion and saute until translucent. 

Step 3

Add in garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.  

Step 4

Add in bell peppers and pineapple. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until veggies have soften. 

Step 5

Lastly, add in chickpeas and sauce. Cook until sauce has thicken and enjoy!
