Easy Stir-fry Rice Vermicelli

This recipe is:

- super flavorful and delicious  - quick & easy to make  - vegan & healthy  - freezable !

What you will need

- rice vermicelli            - cornstarch  - garlic & shallots        - stir-fry sauce - veggies  - tofu   

Step 1

Place tofu, cornstarch & salt in a zip top bag. Toss to coat. 

Step 2

Pan fry tofu until they are golden & crispy.

Step 3

Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant.

Step 4

Add in the veggies and cook until softened. 

Step 5

Stir in noodles and bean sprout. 

Step 6

Add the tofu back in before serving. Enjoy !
