Meaty Vegan Seitan Chicken

These seitan are: 

- super meaty and chewy - meat-eaters approved  - incredibly high protein and healthy - easy & only requires 7 ingredients

What you need:

- vital wheat gluten       - liquid smoke    - flour                                    (optional) - nutritional yeast - soy sauce  - onion & garlic powder 

Step 1

Mix together all dry ingredients.

Step 2

Add in wet ingredients and knead the dough. 

Step 3

Shape dough into 6 tenders. 

Step 4

Wrap in foil and steam for 30 mins.

Step 5

Unwrap and cook it however you like!
