Thai Stir-fry Vegetables

This recipe is:

What you will need

- garlic                  - mushrooms  - broccoli              - peas - cauliflower  - bell pepper                 

Seasonings needed

- oyster sauce             - sugar - soy sauce  - sambal oelek  - sesame oil                  

Step 1

Heat up a pan, then add garlic and saute until translucent. 

Step 2

Add in carrot, bell pepper, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook for a few minutes. 

Step 3

Next, add in snap peas and mushrooms. Cook until all veggies have softened. 

Step 4

Pour in stir-fry sauce, then toss until everything is well-incorporated. Serve immediately.
