Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

This recipe is:

- fluffy, thick, and delicious  - healthy and high in protein  - made in a blender  - meal prep friendly + freezable

Ingredients needed

-  oats                   - banana               - milk  - maple syrup - baking powder

Step 1

Add oats into a blender and blend until it is finely grounded.

Step 2

Pour dressing into bowl with beans, pasta, and veggies. Mix well.

Step 3

Pour 1/4 cup of pancakes batter into a pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 

Step 4

Gently flip it over and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side, or until golden.
