This recipe is: 

 - easy to make  - super meaty & flavorful - healthy & high protein  - meat eaters approved !   

- textured soy protein - oats  - walnuts  - onion & garlic  - nutritional yeast  -

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

soak tvp in boiling broth for 10 - 15 minutes. 

Step 1 

In the meantime, saute onion until softened. 

Step 2 

Stir in garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. 

Step 3 

Pulse walnuts and oats in a food processor. 

Step 4 

Add in all ingredients and pulse until well mixed. 

Step 5 

Roll them into balls and bake for 20 mins.

Step 6

Cook them in marinara sauce and enjoy !
