Creamy Indian Tofu Curry

This recipe is:

- creamy and bold in flavor  - ready in 30 minutes  - an easy one-pan recipe  - healthy and high protein

Ingredients needed

- tomato puree        - ginger  - onion                       - broth - tofu  - garlic 

Spices needed

- maple syrup          - cumin  - garam masala       - turmeric - coriander  - chili powder 

Step 1

Heat up some oil in a pan, and saute onion until translucent.

Step 2

Add garlic and ginger. Fry until fragrant. 

Step 3

Add all spices, and fry for a minute until fragrant. 

Step 4

Add coconut milk and tomato puree. Bring mixture to a boil. 

Step 5

Add tofu cubes, and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
