Hunan Tofu Vegetables Stir-fry

This recipe is:

- healthy and wholesome  - packed with colorful veggies  - savory, rich and delicious  - an easy one-pan meal

Ingredients needed

- tofu                         - cornstarch  - red pepper            - baby corn   - black fungus         - garlic        - broccoli

Ingredients needed

- rice vinegar          - oyster sauce       - sesame oil            - broth - soy sauce              - cornstarch  - coconut sugar 

Step 1

Pan fry tofu cubes for 2-3 mins on each side, until most sides are golden. Set aside. 

Step 2

Add garlic to the pan. Saute for a min until fragrant. 

Step 3

Add bell pepper and broccoli into the wok. Fry for 3-4 mins, until they are slightly softened. 

Step 4

Stir black fungus and baby corn in. Cook until veggies are tender. 

Step 5

Pour in stir-fry sauce and tofu. Toss until everything is well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
