Spicy Gochujang Stir-fry

Ingredients needed

- baby corn          - garlic  - broccoli             - ginger - cauliflower        - carrot - bell pepper

Ingredients needed

- gochujang paste         - mirin - sesame oil  - maple syrup  - soy sauce

Step 1

Heat up some oil in a pan, and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Step 2

Add carrot, bell pepper, broccoli, and cauliflower. Cook for a few minutes. 

Step 3

Add baby corn and cook until the veggies are soft.

Step 4

Pour in gochujang sauce and toss until everything is well mixed. Enjoy!
