Gochujang Stir-fry Vegetables

This recipe is:

- bursting with flavors  - a delicious way to enjoy veg - ready in 30 minutes - fuss-free and easy to make

Ingredients needed

-  cauliflower             - garlic  - baby corn                - ginger  - broccoli                   - carrot - red pepper

Seasonings needed

-  Gochujang        - maple syrup  - soy sauce           - sesame oil  - mirin 

Step 1

Heat up a pan, and saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Step 2

Mix all seasonings needed to make gochujang sauce.

Step 3

Add all vegetables except baby corn to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Add baby corn and and saute for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Add  gochujang sauce to the pan. Stir until sauce is well distributed.
