Gochujang fried rice

Ingredients needed

- carrot                      - garlic - green onion           - gochujang - rice                           - sugar - soy sauce               - sesame oil 

Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, then add garlic and saute until fragrant.

Step 2

Add in carrot next and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Now, add in rice along with gochujang sauce. Fry for a few minutes until the rice is hot.

Step 4

Remove the pan from the heat before adding in chopped green onion. Your fried rice is ready to be served!
