Fluffy Vegan Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are:  

- super fluffy and light  - high in protein and filling  - incredibly easy to make  - freezable 

Ingredients needed

- spelt flour                  - applesauce  - protein powder        - baking powder - plant milk  - maple syrup

Step 1

Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl. 

Step 2

Stir in wet ingredients. The batter will be slightly thicker than normal pancake batter. 

Step 3

Heat up a pan and scoop out 1/4 cup of batter for every pancake. 

Step 4

Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip over and cook for another 1-2 mins on the other side.
