Super Crunchy Roasted Lentils

This recipe is: 

- super crispy and savory - 5 ingredients and quick to make - healthier alternative to chips  - a great on-the-go-snack 

What you need:

- lentils                    - onion powder - olive oil                 - salt - garlic powder

Step 1

Drain and pat dry lentils using a paper towel or kitchen cloth. 

Step 2

Mix together lentils, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and onion powder. 

Step 3

Spread lentils onto a lined baking tray.  

Step 4

Roast for 25-35 mins at 300F or until crispy. Let it cool and enjoy!
