Crispy Korean Gochujang Tofu

This recipe is:

- flavorful & addictive  - easy to make  - naturally vegan & healthy  - ready in 30 mins 

What you need:

- tofu                              - sesame oil - gochujang                - maple syrup - cornstarch               - garlic - soy sauce

Step 1

Combine cornstarch, tofu and salt in a zip top bag and mix well. 

Step 2

Pan-fry tofu in a pan until all sides are golden. 

Step 3

Stir in garlic and cook for another 1 min. 

Step 4

Pour in the gochujang sauce and toss to coat. Enjoy !
