Crispy Korean Gochujang Tofu

This recipe is: 

- super crispy and flavorful  - incredibly easy to make  - naturally vegan and healthy! 

What you need:

- tofu                        - cornstarch  - gochujang            - seasonings  - garlic 

Step 1

Add tofu cubes, cornstarch and salt into a bag. Toss until tofu cubes are well coated.

Step 2

Pan-fry tofu until golden, about 3-4 minutes on each sides. 

Step 3

Add in garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. 

Step 4

Add in gochujang sauce and toss until well incorporated.
