Amazing Chickpea Patties

This recipe is:

- incredibly tasty & flavorful  - great way to sneak in more beans - suitable for meal prep and freezable!

Ingredients needed

- Red onion         - parsley - oats                    - cumin - chickpeas          - Dijon mustard - green onion      - garlic

Step 1

Heat some oil in a pan, and start by cooking the onion until translucent. 

Step 2

Then, add garlic and fry for a minute.

Step 3

In a food processor, place in all ingredients until a smooth dough forms, stir in green onion afterwards.

Step 4

Scoop out two tablespoons of the mixture, and shape it into a patty.

Step 5

Pan-fry your patties for 2-3 minutes before flipping them over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
